Why This Cookie Dough Works
- Safe to eat raw. There is no raw flour and no raw egg.
- Protein from yogurt and whey. Together they give most of the 23.1 g.
- Real cookie-dough flavor. Peanut butter, maple, and chocolate chips.
- Ready in 3 minutes. Stir and eat.
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup plain nonfat Greek yogurt (75 g)
- 1/2 scoop vanilla whey protein powder (about 2 tbsp / 15 g)
- 1 tbsp smooth peanut butter (16 g)
- 1 tsp maple syrup (7 g)
- 1 tsp mini semisweet chocolate chips (5 g)
- A small pinch of salt
Instructions
- Stir the Greek yogurt and protein powder in a small bowl until smooth.
- Add the peanut butter, maple syrup, and salt. Stir until thick.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Chill for 10 minutes if you want it firmer, or eat right away.
If the dough is too thick, add 1 tsp milk. If it is too thin, add 1 tsp more protein powder.
