What You Will Find Here
Sleep and recovery habits. Hydration and what it actually changes. Intermittent fasting basics. Simple routines that support fat loss without adding more rules to your day.
Why This Section Exists
Two people can follow the same diet and get different results. The difference is often sleep, stress and hydration. Poor sleep raises ghrelin, the hormone that makes you hungry, and lowers leptin, the one that tells you to stop eating. The National Institutes of Health has linked short sleep to weight gain and a higher risk of obesity.
None of this is complicated. It is just easy to ignore until it stalls your progress.
