The Part Most People Get Wrong

When you are in a calorie deficit, your body will burn muscle for fuel if you do not give it a reason not to. Strength training is that reason. Two or three sessions a week is enough to protect the muscle you have while the fat comes off.

You do not need a gym, and you do not need to train six days a week. A short, consistent routine beats an ambitious one you abandon in three weeks.
