Healthy Recipes
Every recipe on this site lists calories and protein per serving. No guessing, no “healthy” labels without numbers. If a meal does not deliver enough protein to keep you full, it does not belong here.

How to Read a Recipe Here
Each recipe gives you four numbers: calories per serving, protein per serving, prep time, and how many servings it makes. We keep the ingredient lists short on purpose. A recipe you will not cook is worth nothing.
Most dinners land between 30 and 45 grams of protein per serving. That is the equivalent of a 4 oz chicken breast, one cup of Greek yogurt, or four large eggs. It is enough to keep you full for four to five hours, which is what stops the evening snacking that quietly ruins a calorie deficit.
